Around the same time that Windows 8.1 was released, the ClipMate user forums were closed. The ClipBar problem described by the other reviewer was actually fixed back in 2010 but with Windows 8.1 being released and once again killing the ClipBar it doesn't seem there is much hope that it will be fixed again.

Whatever the case may be, ClipMate remains a 32 Bit program and as Windows advances it's leaving ClipMate behind.

Unfortunately it seems that ClipMate may be finally going out to pasture as it's been dying a slow death due to the advancements in Windows and the author not having the time, desire, or capability to learn 64 bit Delphi programming.
